Werd gemeld als Tristan Albatros, maar of je dat hard kan maken...Lijkt me heel moeilijk.
Eerst gezien vanaf de kade en daarna vanaf een ferry. Kan goed nog in de buurt rondzwerven...

The Norwegian albatross claim referred to above (link doesn’t work) was never submitted and thus neither accepted nor rejected.
It was seen (off Finnøy, Rogaland) by a non-birder who sent a picture of it to his father; I wonder why, if it was to be a hoax, he didn’t send it to any birders. With the photos not showing required technical details, it would probably have got a tough treatment by the Norwegian rare birds committee had it been submitted. A picture of it appears in DB 41: 187.
Thursday 2nd May 2019 was quite a day in Norway with the following four species reported: Grey-headed Lapwing, Tristan Albatross, Lesser Short-toed Lark and White-crowned Sparrow.
