It's true that September is being a good month to see rare and scarce migrant species in the Canary Islands. Apart from several Nearctic waders, there is also a good movement of pelagic seabirds migrating to the southern part of the Atlantic, like Great Shearwaters, Manx Shearwaters, Sooty Shearwaters and some skuas. A spectacle!
