A juvenile bird. This species has bred only once in Tenerife (2001), but it is a regular breeder in three islands and one islet of the Canary archipelago (Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, Lobos and Lanzarote). On the other hand, it is possible to see from time to time migrant birds in all the islands except El Hierro. |
