Lepelaar

A juvenile bird. The Eurasian Spoonbill is a regular migrant and wintering species in the Canary Archipelago, mainly in the eastern and central islands (La Graciosa, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, and Tenerife) and usually in low numbers. Many of the ringed birds seen on the islands are from the Netherlands.
